Official Rules – ‘Mary Mary’s Do Something Big Contest Presented by Pillsbury Egg Scrambles and Grands! Biscuit Sandwiches’

1. Eligibility: A SONG FOR MARY MARY, INC “Do Something Big” Presented by Pillsbury Egg Scrambles and Grands! Biscuit Sandwiches (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry and have a valid driver’s license. Prize Winner is subject to proving eligibility, including verification of social security number. Employees, officers and representatives of A SONG FOR MARY MARY, INC. and General Mills Marketing, Inc. (the “Sponsors”), their affiliates, their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee as well as any person who has won an A SONG FOR MARY MARY, INC national contest or sweepstakes in the 2011 calendar year are not eligible. If Prize Winner cannot furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within 48 hours after being notified of winning, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining Eligible Entries received, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All entries become the property of Sponsors. Additional restrictions may apply. Entry and Video Guidelines:

Video and essay components of the Entry must be created solely for the purpose of entry in the Contest. The Entry cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or previously displayed publicly through any means.

The Entry must be submitted by an individual on behalf of their church, with documented proof of sponsorship from the senior pastor of the entrant’s church. The name on the e-mail account from which an Entry was submitted online will be declared as the Entrant. Only one entry per church will be accepted.

Each Entry may be submitted one time, and each Entrant may only submit one Entry. Multiple submissions of the same Entry or multiple Entry submissions by the same Entrant will be void. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entry and the Entrant will be disqualified.

Content Restrictions:

The Entry must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

The Entry must not contain brand names, logos or trademarks including those of the organization that is submitting the Entry unless the Entrant has the appropriate permission to do so;

The Entry must not contain images or artwork not created by Entrant unless the Entrant, prior to submitting the Entry, has obtained all necessary permissions and releases to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from and display the images or artwork on a worldwide basis in any and all media forms now known or later developed without compensation for any lawful purpose, and must be permitted to assign this right to Sponsors;

If one or more people of any age appear or are featured in the video, the Entrant, prior to submitting the video, must have obtained permission and release to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from and display the audio and visuals of every such person appearing or featured in the video on a worldwide basis in any and all media forms now known or later developed without compensation for any lawful purpose, and must be permitted to assign this right to Sponsors. If any person appearing or featured in the video is a minor, then the Entrant must have obtained consent from the minor’s parent or guardian;

If the person filming or producing the video is someone other than the Entrant, then the Entrant, prior to submitting the video, must have obtained permission and release from such person to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from and display the video on a worldwide basis in any and all media forms now known or later developed without compensation for any lawful purpose, and must be permitted to assign this right to Sponsors;

Entrant must submit all required consents and releases at Sponsors’ request, including a release from all persons appearing or featured in the video, all persons filming or producing the video and all persons creating, providing or owning the rights to any images or artwork appearing in the video and / or Entry;

The video must not contain music, regardless of whether it is the original work of the Entrant or not;

The Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, illegal, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, profane, violent, threatening, harassing, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;

The Entry must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

The Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the Entry is created; and

The Entry must not transmit anything that contains viruses or must be otherwise uncorrupted.

2. Timing: The Contest will be posted on the authorized fan page of Mary Mary at www.iLoveMaryMary.com/DoSomethingBig controlled by Sponsors The Contest will begin at or around 12:00PM (PT) on October 6, 2011 and ending at 11:59PM (PT) on November 18, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How To Enter: To enter participants must go to www.iLoveMaryMary.com/DoSomethingBig and follow displayed instructions for entry. Participants must self-generate and upload a video not more than 180 seconds (three-minutes) in length. The video submission must be endorsed by a senior pastor of a church and it must describe the following:

1) The name of Entrant’s church

2) City and state where Entrant’s church is located

3) What big thing did Entrant’s church do for the community?

4) How did this big thing help the community?

(“Eligible Entry” or Eligible Entries”). Incomplete or inaccurate video entries will be considered ineligible and void. All online entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The authorized user that submits a video link submission to enter will be deemed to be the entrant (“Entrant”). Entrants are those with a verifiable email. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. Selection: Sponsors will review all Eligible Entries and will select the top three (3) finalist video submissions. Selection criteria is based on creativity, inspiration and impact on the community. The top three finalist videos will then advance into a final round that undergoes a public voting process. The video submission receiving the highest number of valid votes during the public voting process will be designated as the winning Contest entry.

Finalists will be contacted on or about November 29, 2011. A representative of Sponsors will make no more than two (2) attempts to contact the three finalists or winner over a forty-eight (48) hour period. Upon notification, the selected finalists or winner must confirm identity and eligibility by signing and returning an affidavit of eligibility within the forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact.

If any selected finalists are unreachable, or if there is no response over a forty-eight (48) hour period, alternate video submissions may be chosen at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. If an alternate video is chosen, it will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries.

5. Prize: There will be one winner who receives a prize, which consists of a concert by Mary Mary held at the winner’s ministry (which will be collectively referred to hereafter as the “Prize”) to be delivered and collected within 12 months of the announcement date. Approximate retail value of prize is $20,000.

The specifics of all elements of the Prize shall be solely determined by Sponsors. Some restrictions may apply. Prize Winner must be 18 years of age or older and must sign any applicable liability/publicity releases. No substitution, transfer of the Prize (or any part of the Prize) or cash alternative will be permitted. Unless specified otherwise by Sponsors no cash will be awarded. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsors. Prize Winner may be required to sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of Sponsors and their affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize; and (b) where permitted, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry in this Contest constitutes potential Prize Winner’s agreement to sign such release. Prize Winner must also complete all legal documents and return them to Sponsors within two (2) business days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the Prize Winner, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. The receipt by the Prize Winner of any of the Prize components of this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY PRIZE WINNER (IN SPONSORS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

6. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors which are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

Biscuit Sandwiches (the “Contest”) entries and vote for the entry you feel best meets the Contest judging criteria of creativity, inspiration, and impact on the community. Follow the online instructions for voting.

Limit one (1) vote per person during the Voting Period.

RULE 2. VOTING RESULTS

The voting ends on December 5, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Pacific Time). The winning entry will be posted on or about December 6, 2011 at www.iLoveMaryMary.com/DoSomethingBig.

RULE 3. PRIZES

Winning entry will be awarded a Mary Mary concert with a breakfast hosted by Pillsbury. Approximate retail value of prize is $20,000. No prizes will be awarded to voters.

RULE 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, you agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this voting. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the vote. If cancelled or terminated early, Sponsors will determine the winner by tallying the votes that Sponsors, in their sole discretion, find to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation. If suspended, Sponsors will determine the winner by tallying the votes that Sponsors, in their sole discretion, find to be valid at the time of suspension and the votes accumulated when voting resumes. Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsors, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsors may prohibit a participant from taking part in the vote or disqualify a participant’s vote if, in their sole discretion, they determine that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant or Sponsors representatives. Void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.
